Dieting for a Six Pack
If you want ripped abs, then you will need to begin exercising and dieting for a six pack.
You'll need more than the tired old crunches to build a six pack.
Six pack abs are nearly essential in the sports world,
and they are very helpful in getting into the dating scene. The more chiseled your appearance, the better you
will feel about yourself. It will take some time to build your abs up and to lose the fat that covers them, but
it's worth the work.
Besides working through a difficult exercise regimen,
you'll need to be dieting for a six pack, too.

A six pack diet plan is one that will require you to
really stick to it, and not cheat. The more fat layers you have over your abs, the harder it will be to work it
off. Six packs are not child's play, and you'll have to work very hard to get them.
You may wonder why you need a diet plan to help show
off your abs. The reason is, you can do all the exercises that you want, but if you have fat overlying your
muscles, they won't be seen. It is a shame to develop a six pack that can't even be seen, under layers of
fat.
Getting rid of fat over your stomach is not an easy
task. You may burn off some initially and think the rest will be easy, but it gets more difficult before it gets
easier. Love handles, those last rolls of fat within a couple inches of your goal, are difficult to get rid of.
Dieting for a six pack is well worth the effort, though.
Don't give up, thinking the dieting is too hard for
you. Keep a positive attitude, and put in a lot of effort, so that you'll get a proper reward. Go for smaller
meals, more often throughout the day, to give your body fuel as it needs it. Don't skip breakfast, or you'll eat
more during the day. Fuel up in small amounts that will be burned off in your exercise routine. Breakfast is
perhaps the only exception – you need to fuel your body, the first thing in the morning.
Dinners should be much lighter than breakfasts, since
there isn't that much activity afterward. Use small snacks throughout the day to keep yourself well-fueled, too.
Dieting for a six pack includes smaller amounts, rather than eating in excess. Over-eating will defeat your diet
and your exercise plan, and if you don't eat enough, your body won't have the fuel to burn in
exercising.
Some fat is needed, even for a diet geared toward building a
six-pack. Small amounts of healthy fats and good carbs will help give you what your body needs to burn, when you
exercise. Carbs will be kept fairly low, too, but not as low as fats. Fiber and protein will help your dieting for
a six pack, since they will help your body in metabolizing what it needs, without struggling with unneeded
calories.
